INDIVIDUAL
Membership for one individual. This allows 24 hour access to the facility. The member will need to provide their card number at the time of enrollment for payment. Membership fees will be continually charged to the members card on file automatically on a monthly basis, unless cancelled in person. There is a 6 month contract length requirement for this membership and a one time $25 enrollment fee due at sign up.
MONTHLY RATE

DUO
Membership for two. This allows 24 hour access to the facility. Both members must live under the same household. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The paying member will need to provide their card number at the time of enrollment for payment. Membership fees will be continually charged to the members card on file automatically on a monthly basis, unless cancelled in person. There is a 6 month contract length requirement for this membership and a one time $25 enrollment fee due at sign up.

FAMILY
Membership for one individual and their family members who reside within the same household. This allows 24 hour access to the facility. Family members must be a married spouse, minor child, or college aged student under 22 years old. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The paying member will need to provide their card number at the time of enrollment for payment. Membership fees will be continually charged to the members card on file automatically on a monthly basis, unless cancelled in person. There is a 6 month contract length requirement for this membership and a one time $25 enrollment fee due at sign up.

CANCELLATION POLICY
ALL MEMBERSHIP TYPES
A request must be made in person at 1117 W Beardsley Ave, Elkhart, IN, 46514. Cancellations will not be taken over the phone or through any other form of communication. Unless the facility hears from you in person to cancel, your contract will continue to remain in effect. No reimbursement will be made for any portion of any membership type paid in full or portions of a month/year unused post cancellation. If you choose to cancel prior to the 6 month anniversary of a monthly contract a $50 early cancellation fee will be applied.
